Styles of Movement
Restorative
A deeply restful practice that blends restorative and yin yoga to help the body soften and the mind settle. Using plenty of supportive props, gentle holds, and slow transitions, this practice encourages deep relaxation, mindful awareness, and space for the nervous system to reset.

Slow Burn
A slow, steady practice that invites you to move with patience and precision. This class focuses on mindful movement and deep exploration of foundational postures, moving intentionally from pose to pose with clear guidance and attention to alignment. Longer holds and thoughtful mobility work gradually build strength, flexibility, and resilience in the body. With the support of a variety of props and steady breath, each posture becomes an opportunity for curiosity, deeper awareness, and sustainable progress.

A gentle and accessible yoga class designed for every body. Through foundational postures, soft movements, and guided breathwork, this practice encourages relaxation and a deeper mind–body connection. With the support of plenty of props, you’ll be invited to explore each pose in a way that meets your unique body and helps you find your personal edge with comfort and ease.
Gentle

Vinyin

The best of both worlds. This class blends the fluidity of vinyasa—linking breath with movement—with the depth and stillness of yin-inspired postures. Moving through dynamic sequences and longer holds, you’ll engage the body, connect with your breath, and build strength and flexibility. With the support of props, you’ll be invited to explore each pose more deeply while creating space to settle the mind.
About Sarah Miller
Sarah began her yoga journey in 2017 after spending ten years dancing. While in college, she explored vinyasa, hatha, and yin-style classes and quickly fell in love with the depth and power of the practice. For Sarah, movement is a form of self-expression and a way to connect with the strength of the mind, body, and spirit. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Invoke Yoga and Pilates in Indianapolis in June 2023 and later completed a 10-hour Yin + Restorative Movement training with Zion Well in July 2024.
In Sarah’s classes, you can expect a grounding yet playful space that encourages intentional exploration of breath and movement. Her sessions often feature thoughtfully curated playlists, meaningful themes, and moments of reflection that connect the practice to the more-than-human world. She invites students to explore their edges, build strength and confidence, and approach their practice with openness and curiosity. For Sarah, yoga is a space for self-study and finding calm amidst the beautiful chaos of everyday life.
Outside the studio, Sarah works in the sustainability field. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking and baking, gardening, hiking and camping, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her family and beloved fur babies.
